Free Express Delivery (UK Mainland Only)

We offer free express delivery on all orders to mainland UK addresses only.

Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday from our Lancashire warehouse.

Most products are shipped via a national UK courier on a next-day delivery service.

Accurate dispatch times are shown on each product page.

Orders are processed within 24 hours of being received.

Please note: Orders placed after midnight will be processed the following working day.
Non-Mainland Deliveries

Deliveries to Scotland, the Highlands, Channel Islands, Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, and other offshore locations may incur a surcharge, depending on the area and item weight.

Some products may not be available for delivery to certain areas; this will be clearly noted on the relevant product pages.

Standard non-mainland deliveries are usually completed within 3–5 working days, with shipping calculated automatically at checkout.
Delivery Services

3–5 Working Day Delivery
Some larger items and ready-assembled products are dispatched on a 3–5 working day service unless otherwise stated. -
Two-Man Delivery
Ready-assembled furniture requires a two-man delivery service, which may take 10–14 working days. Estimated times are shown on each product page. -
Saturday Delivery
Saturday delivery can be arranged at an additional cost, depending on the item weight. Please contact us for further details.
Third-Party Assembly
If you plan to hire a third-party installer for your flat-pack furniture, we strongly recommend that you:

Wait until your full order has been delivered.

Check that all parts, fittings, and assembly instructions are included.

Ensure you are satisfied that everything required for assembly is present.
